Software full of Performance

SMS has suddenly arrived as a communication tool and now everyone is texting. However, when sending a message, it can be very frustrating to run out of characters before the entire message can be transmitted. With a restriction of 160 characters, proper messages cannot be sent, but this limitation has now been overcome and bulk SMS messages can be sent that can contain messages of up to 450 characters. This makes a big difference as companies, clubs, schools and universities can now communicate properly.

Once upon a time having a large email list in a database meant money for the person who had the database. Advertisers searched for these listings especially in the niche they were in. However, the problem with emails is that the open rate is low in many cases due to the number of emails one receives and spam blockers that prevent emails from being seen. This is not the case with a mass SMS database, since everyone opens your text messages.

In Ireland, where this innovation is happening, advertisers have a new way to advertise on a local database. Take a university of 1000 students, they create a message to convey to all the students about something happening at the university and they use 370 characters to convey what is happening. They contact local sponsors and offer the 80 characters at the end. Sponsors love this space because it’s driven and accountable.

In many cases, sponsors insert the URL of their mobile website within their 80 characters. Global brands are also expressing interest in this form of advertising. The cost of the massive sms is paid by the advertiser who is asked for the shipping cost plus an additional 15/25%. This is a fraction of the cost of placing an ad in a newspaper, on the radio or on television. For the university (in this case) a new source of income has been created and communication with their database now costs them nothing.

Move around television, radio, press, Internet…massive SMS messages that contain advertising, at the end it has arrived
